22. נאמנות למי שהיה לקוח
(א)חוקר פרטי שטיפל בענין מסויים למען לקוחו, לא יטפל לאחר מכן בקשר לאותו ענין נגד אותו לקוח אלא בהסכמת לקוחו הקודם בכתב ומראש.
(ב)מתן חוות דעת או קיום התייעצות עם חוקר פרטי לא יראו כטיפול אם לא היתה אתם או אחריהם פעולה נוספת.
