25. שמירת סודיות מקצועית
תיקון: תשל״ד־2
(א)חוקר פרטי לא ימסור לאחר, שלא לצורך עבודתו, כל דבר שהובא לידיעתו תוך מילוי תפקידו, אלא אם הסכים הלקוח שינהג אחרת; היה עיסוקו של חוקר פרטי גם בפרסום, לא יעשה שימוש, במישרין או בעקיפין, לצורך עסקי הפרסום, בדבר שהובא לידיעתו כאמור, אפילו הסכים לכך הלקוח.
(ב)האמור בתקנת משנה (א) אינו גורע מהחובה למסור ידיעות לכל רשות הזכאית לקבל ידיעות על פי דין.
