חוקר פרטי ינקוט אמצעים ככל הדרוש להבטיח שחוקר פרטי העובד במשרדו וכן העובדים האחרים בשירותו ישמרו על סודיות הענינים המגיעים לידיעתם במהלך עבודתם.
