מחיקת הפסדים
תיקון: 1943, תש״ח־2, תשי״ח, תשכ״ח
רשאי המנהל הכללי לפי ראות עיניו למחוק סכומים שאינם ניתנים לגבייה, שחייבים לשלמם מחמת נזק שנגרם לניד ולשאר דברים שהם רכוש ההנהלה, עד כדי אלף לירות בכל מקרה, בתנאי שהמקסימום יהא בסכום כולל של עשרת אלפים לירות בכל שנה:
בתנאי כי בכל מקרה יכול המנהל הכללי להעיד כי אי הגבייה לא נגרמה עקב רשלנות מצד פקיד מסלת הברזל.
