3א. עיקר תמצית הטענות בכתב הערר
תיקון: תשפ״א
בחלקו השני של כתב הערר יפרט העורר את העניינים האלה בלבד ולפי הסדר המפורט להלן:
(1)תיאור תמציתי של בעלי הדין;
(2)הסעד המבוקש באופן תמציתי;
(3)טענות מקדמיות שיש בהן כדי להביא לקבלת הערר כולו או מקצתו;
(4)תמצית העובדות הנחוצות לביסוסה של עילת הערר;
(5)נימוקי הערר; כל נימוק יפורט בנפרד.
