16. שמירת יומן אשפה
(א)יומן האשפה יוחזק בפיקוחו ובשליטתו של הקברניט במקום זמין ויועמד לעיון בהתאם לדרישת הגורמים המוסמכים לעיין בו.
(ב)יומן האשפה יישמר בכלי השיט יחד עם האישורים שניתנו לכלי השיט בשל מסירת האשפה ואם הפסיק כלי השיט את פעולתו, יישמר בידי בעל כלי השיט.
(ג)יומן האשפה והאישורים שניתנו לכלי השיט בשל מסירת האשפה יישמרו לתקופה של שנתיים מיום שנרשם בו הרישום האחרון.
