17. הצגת תכנית ויומן אשפה
קברניט חייב להציג את התוכנית ויומן האשפה במקרים אלה:
(1)בנמל או במסוף הנמצאים בישראל – לפי דרישת מפקח כלי שיט או מפקח למניעת זיהום הים;
(2)בנמל או במסוף, הנמצאים במדינת חוץ – לפי דרישת הרשויות המוסמכות של אותה מדינה.
