18. העתקים מיומן אשפה
(א)קברניט כלי השיט יאפשר לגורמים המוסמכים לפי תקנה 17 לעיין ביומן האשפה של כלי השיט ולערוך העתק של כל רישום ביומן.
(ב)הקברניט יאשר בחתימתו כי העתק כאמור הוא העתק נכון של רישומי יומן האשפה.
(ג)העתק מאושר כאמור, יהווה ראיה לכאורה לנכונות הרשום בו, כל עוד לא הוכח אחרת.
(ד)בדיקת יומן האשפה ונטילת העתק מאושר ממנו כאמור, יבוצעו במהירות האפשרית, בלי לגרום לכלי השיט עיכוב מיותר.
