3. איסור השלכת אשפה מכלי שיט לים
(א)לא ישליך אדם אשפה מכלי שיט לים, למעט במקרים המנויים בתקנות 4(ב) עד 7.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנות 4 עד 6, השלכה לים של פלסטיק ושמן בישול אסורה, למעט לפי הוראות תקנה 7.
