3. איסור השימוש בצבע
(א)לא ישתמש יצרן בצבע לייצור נקניק או נקניקיות.
(ב)לא ישתמש יצרן לאריזת נקניק או נקניקיות המכילים חלבון מן הצומח, במעיים, אלא אם הם בלתי צבועים או צבועים בצבע להנחת דעתו של המנהל ובלבד שלא יהיו בצבע אדום או ורוד.
