על אף האמור בסעיף 31, רשאי יצרן להחזיק במפעלו מעי, תווית וחומר אריזה שצויין עליהם שם של אדם אחר, אם אותו אדם הוא בעל התר על פי סעיף 3(ב) לצו סימון מוצרים, תש״י–1950.
