12. רשויות התכנון הקיימות
כל רשויות התכנון הפועלות במסגרת חוק תכנון הערים, הכפרים והבנינים משנת 1955, בזמן שחוק זה יכנס לתוקפו, ימשיכו לפעול עד שיורכבו מחדש בהתאם להוראות חוק זה.
