20. הפקדת תכנית התכנון הכללית
תיקון: 1796
תכנית התכנון הכללית תופקד, יחד עם ההוראות המיוחדות הקשורות בה, עפ״י החלטה של הועדה המחוזית לתכנון בהתאם להמלצת ועדה מקומית לתכנון ערים. הודעת ההפקדה תפורסם בעתון כהגדרתו בסעיף 2א לחוק ותוצג הודעה זו למשך חודשיים, מזמן הפרסום בעתון הרשמי, בלשכת הועדה המקומית לתכנון ערים ויש להודיע במידת האפשר לבעלי הקרקעות הכלולות בתכנית על דבר ההפקדה.
