2. העברת סמכויות
תיקון: 604
סמכות שניתנה בחוק –
(1)לשר – תהיה נתונה לממונה;
(2)לועדה מחוזית לתכנון ערים, כפרים ובנינים – תהיה נתונה למועצת התכנון העליונה;
(3)(בוטלה);
(4)למועצה כפרית – תהיה נתונה לועדות תכנון הכפרים.
