יחולו ההוראות לנסיבות המחמירות או המקילות את העונש לפי הסדר הבא:
(1)נסיבות מחמירות מטריאליות
(2)צידוקים
(3)נסיבות מחמירות־אישיות
(4)נסיבות מקילות
