115. סעיף 115
(1)כל ירדני שנתן לינה, אוכל או לבוש לחייל מחילות האויב או למרגל שנשלח לשם סיור והוא ידע מהענין או שסייע לו לברוח – ייענש בעבודות פרך זמנית.
(2)כל ירדני שסייע לאסיר מלחמה שימלט – או לאחד מנתיני האויב הנמצא במעצר – ייענש בעבודות פרך זמנית.
