137. סעיף 137
(1)על מעשה, הנעשה לשם הסתה למרי מזוין נגד המשטר הקיים על פי הקונסטיטוציה, יוטל עונש מוות.
(2)אם פרץ המרי, יוטל עונש מוות על המסית ועל יתר המורדים.
