140. סעיף 140
ייענש במעצר זמני לתקופה של שבע שנים לפחות:
(1)מי שתפש רשות מדינית, אזרחית או מפקדה צבאית.
(2)מי שהחזיק, בניגוד לצווי הממשלה, ברשות אזרחית או במפקדה צבאית.
(3)כל מפקד צבאי שהשאיר את צבאו מרוכז לאחר קבלת פקודה לשחררו או לפזרו.
