157. סעיף 157
(1)אם ניגשו שני אנשים או יותר לייסד ארגון או ערכו הסכם למטרת בצוע פשעים נגד האנשים או נגד הרכוש יוענשו בעבודות פרך לתקופה זמנית שלא תפחת משבע שנים במידה ומטרת העבריינים היתה להתנקש בחיי הזולת.
(2)ישוחרר מהעונש מי שגילה את מטרת הארגון או מטרת ההסכם ומסר מה שיש לו ידיעות על יתר העבריינים.
