163. סעיף 163
כל מי שהדפיס, פירסם, מכר, הציע למכירה, או שלח בדאר ספר, פרסום, חוברת, הודעה, גלוי דעת, כרוז או עיתון של אגודה בלתי חוקית שיצאו ממנה או כדי להביא לה תועלת – יוענש במאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שישה חודשים או בקנס שלא יעלה על חמישים דינרים.
