165. סעיף 165
(1)כל המשתתף בהתקהלות בלתי חוקית, יוענש במאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שנה או בקנס שלא יעלה על עשרים וחמש דינרים או בשני העונשים יחד.
(2)מי שהשתתף במהומה – ייענש במאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שנה או בקנס שלא יעלה על חמישים דינרים או בשני העונשים כאחד.
