171. סעיף 171
(1)אדם מהאנשים הנזכרים לעיל, הדורש או מקבל לעצמו או עבור אחר, מתנה או הבטחה או טובת הנאה כל שהיא, כדי לעשות מעשה שלא כחוק או כדי להמנע ממעשה אשר תפקידו מחייבו לעשות, דינו מאסר משנה עד שלש שנים וקנס מ־20 דינרים עד 200 דינרים.
(2)אותו העונש יוטל גם על עורך דין אם עשה מעשה כמתואר לעיל.
