173. סעיף 173
המציע לאדם מהנזכרים בסעיף (170), כל מתנה או טובת הנאה אחרת או המבטיח לו דבר כדי שיעשה מעשה בלתי חוקי או שימנע מעשיית מעשה אשר מחובתו לעשותו, והצעה זו נדחתה, דינו של המציע מאסר שלא יפחת משלשה חדשים וקנס מ־10 דינרים ועד 200 דינרים.
