177. סעיף 177
(1)יורד חצי מהעונשים שצוינו בסעיף (174) באם הנזק שנגרם והתועלת שקיבל המבצע היו זעומים או שפיצה עבור הנזק פיצוי מלא לפני שהועבר הענין לבית המשפט.
(2)ואם ההחזרה והפיצוי נעשו בזמן המשפט ולפני הוצאת פסק דין ראשוני ואפילו לא סופי יורד מהעונש רבע.
