185. סעיף 185
(1)המתקיף או המתנגד בכח לפקיד המבצע את הוראות החוקים או התקנות שבתוקף או הגובה את המסים או האגרות שנקבעו על־פי החוק או המוציא לפועל פסק דין או כל צו שיצא מרשות מוסמכת – ייענש במאסר שלא יפחת משישה חודשים באם היה מזוין ובמאסר משלוש חודשים עד לשנה באם היה בלתי מזוין.
(2)העונש יוכפל באם המבצעים היו שלושה ויותר.
