194. סעיף 194
אם ביקש מוציא הדיבה להרשות לו את הוכחת נכונות אשר יחס לפקיד הנפגע אין עונים לבקשתו אלא אם היה הדבר אשר יחס קשור במילוי חובות התפקיד של אותו פקיד, ואכן הוא יהיה במעמד של מוציא שם רע על־ידי הפיכת המונחים של הוצאת דיבה לצורת סעיף מיוחד ואז ינהג עמו כאל מוציא שם רע.
