215. סעיף 215
ישוחרר מעונש:
(1)עד שמסר עדות שקר בעת חקירה פלילית וחזר בה לפני סיום החקירה או לפני שהולשן עליו.
(2)עד שמסר עדות שקר בכל בית משפט וחזר בה לפני הוצאת פסק־דין לגבי התביעה העיקרית אפילו פסק לא סופי.
