275. סעיף 275
כל ההורס, מזיק, או מחלל מקום פולחן, סמל או כל חפץ המוחזק כמקודש אצל כל סוג אנשים, מתוך כונה להעליב על־ידי כך את דתם של כל סוג אנשים, או כשהוא יודע שאותו סוג אנשים עלול לראות את מעשהו זה בחזקת עלבון לדתם יוענש במאסר לתקופה מחודש עד לשנתיים או בקנס מחמישה דינרים עד לחמישים דינרים.
