350. סעיף 350
המאיים על אחד בפשע שעונשו מוות או מאסר עולם עם עבודת פרך או עבודת פרך זמנית או לתקופה של חמש עשרה שנים, בין אם באמצעות מכתב סגור ובין אם באמצעות אדם שלישי, ולאיום זה נתלותה תביעה לעשות מעשה, אפילו הוא חוקי, או להמנע מעשיתו, דינו מאסר מששה חדשים עד שלוש שנים.
