354. סעיף 354
כל איום אחר על גרימת נזק או פגיעה בלתי חוקיים, אם על־ידי דיבור או על־ידי שימוש באחד האמצעים הנזכרים בסעיף (73), והעלולים להשפיע על רוח קרבן העבירה השפעה גדולה, ייענש על־פי תביעה במאסר עד לשבוע ימים או בקנס שאינו עולה על חמישה דינרים.
