356. סעיף 356
(1)ייגזר עונש מאסר מחודש עד לשנה על כל אדם העובד במשרד הדאר והטלגרף והמשתמש לרעה בתפקידו על־ידי פתיחת מכתב סגור, השחתתו, גניבתו או גילוי תוכנו לאדם שאינו הנמען.
(2)וייגזר עונש מאסר לתקופה של ששה חודשים או בקנס עד לעשרים דינרים על כל אדם העובד בשירות הטלפונים וגילה לאחרים תוכן שיחה טלפונית שנודעה לו בעת מילוי תפקידו.
