375. סעיף 375
(1)ייענש במאסר משבוע עד לשנה או בקנס שאינו עולה על חמישים דינרים כל אדם המסלק מכשיר שהותקן לכיבוי אש או החליף את מקומו או הוציאו מכלל שימוש.
(2)וייענש באותו עונש מי שחייב בתוקף החוק והתקנות לרכוש מכשיר לכיבוי אש והזניח את התקנתו כנהוג או השאירו בלתי ראוי לשימוש.
