379. סעיף 379
(1)המנתק בזדון את קשר הטלגרף או את שיחות הטלפון או שידורי הרדיו על־ידי הסבת נזקים למכונות ולקוים או באיזה אמצעי אחר ייענש במאסר לתקופה משלושה חודשים עד לשנתיים.
(2)ואם כתוצאה מהמעשה נשקפה סכנה לבטחון הציבור, ייענש במאסר לתקופה משישה חודשים עד לשנתיים.
