388. סעיף 388
ייענש בקנס שלא יעלה על עשרה דינרים או במאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שלושה חודשים או בשני העונשים יחד, מי שרכש או החזיק ברשותו באיזה מקום שהוא, בלי סיבה חוקית, תוצרת מאכל או משקה לאחר שנהפכה למזיקה לבריאות או בלתי ראויה לאכילה או לשתייה כשהוא יודע או יש לו יסוד להאמין שהמאכל או המשקה מזיקים לבריאות או אינם ראויים לאכילה או לשתייה.
