392. סעיף 392
(1)אם האדם המספק את המשקאות המשכרים הנהו בעליו של כל בית מרזח, או אם הוא עובד בכל בית עסק כזה, יהיה צפוי למאסר עד לחודש או בקנס עד לעשרה דינרים.
(2)ובאם חזר על המעשה יהיה צפוי לסגירת בית העסק לתקופה הנראית לבית המשפט.
