395. סעיף 395
כל אדם, מחוץ לאלה הנזכרים בסעיף קטן (1) מסעיף (393), שנמצא בבית פומבי למשחק בקוביה, יחשב, מלבד אם הוכח ההיפך, שהיה שם לצורך משחק בלתי חוקי בקוביה ויהיה צפוי לקנס שאינו עולה על חמישה דינרים על העבירה הראשונה ולקנס שאינו עולה על עשרה דינרים או במאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שלושה חודשים או בשני העונשים גם יחד על כל עברה שלאחריה.
