407ד. גניבה מרכב או פירוק רכב
תיקון: 1428
(א)הגונב דבר מתוך רכב, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים.
(ב)המפרק חלק מרכב ללא רשות מבעליו, בין אם החלק מחובר לרכב דרך קבע בין אם לאו, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים.
(ג)העושה כאמור בסעיף קטן (ב) ביודעו שרכב גנוב – דינו מאסר שבע שנים.
