413. סעיף 413
(1)ישוחרר מהעונש כל אדם שביצע עבירה על ידי הסתרת דברים גנובים או הסתרת האנשים שהשתתפו בגניבה שצוינו בסעיפים (83 ו־84) והודיע לשלטונות על משתתפים אלה לפני כל הליכים או אפשר את מאסרם לאחר התחלת ההליכים נגד אלה שיודעים את מקום מחבואם.
(2)הוראות סעיף זה אינן חלות על עבריינים בפעם השניה.
