419. סעיף 419
(1)המעניק או מפנה או ממשכן את רכושו בכוונה לרמות את נושיו, או –
(2)מוכר או מעביר כל חלק מרכושו, לאחר שניתן פסק דין המחייבו בתשלום כספים, ולפני ההוצאה לפועל או תוך חודשיים לפני מתן פסק הדין, – בכוונה לרמות את נושיו –
דינו מאסר עד שנה.
