430. סעיף 430
המוסר ביודעין סחורה לקויה בחסר על־ידי שימוש במשקלות או מידות או כלים לשקילה או למדידה, מזויפים או בלתי מדויקים, צפוי לעונש מאסר משלושה חודשים עד לשנתיים ובקנס מעשרה דינרים עד לחמישים דינרים.
