57. סעיף 57
(1)אם למעשה היו כמה הגדרות שנזכרו כולם בפסק הדין, על בית המשפט לפסוק בעונש החמור ביותר.
(2)אם חפפה את המעשה הגדרה כללית והגדרה מיוחדת יש לנהוג על־פי ההגדרה המיוחדת.
