62. סעיף 62
(1)מעשה מורשה על־פי החוק אינו נחשב לעבירה.
(2)החוק מרשה:
(א)הכאת הבנים על ידי אבותיהם בכדי לחנכם בהתאם לנוהג המקובל.
(ב)מעשה אלימות הקורה במסגרת משחקי הספורט, במידה וכובדו כללי המשחק.
(ג)ניתוחים כירורגיים וטיפולים רפואיים המבוצעים לפי כללי האמנות בתנאי שהם נעשו בהסכמת החולה או בהסכמת נציגיו החוקיים או במקרה ויש צורך דחוף.
