מלבד אם נאמר בפירוש שהכוונה לגרום לתוצאות מיוחדות, היא יסוד מיסודות העבירה שנעשתה, כולה או מקצתה, על ידי מעשה ואין נפקא מינה אם העבריין התכוון או לא התכוון על ידי מעשהו לגרום לאותה תוצאה.
