72. סעיף 72
(1)אם הוכחו מספר פשעים או עוונות יוטל עונש לגבי כל פשע ויבוצע העונש החמור ביותר מכולם.
(2)אפשר לצבור את העונשים המוטלים, עד כי לא יעלה הסך הכולל של העונשים על חצי העונש המקסימלי שנקבע לעבירה החמורה ביותר.
(3)אם לא נפסק בקשר לחפיפת העונשים שהוטלו או שהצטברו יובא הענין להכרעת בית המשפט.
(4)העונשים בגין חטאים יצטברו בהכרח.
