2. פרטים יסודיים
תיקון: תש״ל, תשמ״ב
ואלה הם פרטים יסודיים לצורך סעיף 3(ג) לחוק:
(1)שם המשפחה והשם הפרטי;
(2)נישואין, שם הבעל או שם האשה;
(3)מען המגורים או המען למכתבים;
(4)אזרחות;
(5)דרגת השכלה (עממית, תיכונית, גבוהה);
(6)משלח יד, עסק או מקצוע;
(7)מקום עבודה או רישום בלשכת עבודה;
(8)חברות בגרעין התיישבותי;
(9)מחלות או חבלות כאמור בתקנה 1א(18).
