10. תקנות ומסים
תיקון: תש״ח
(1)רשאי הרושם באישורו של שר המשפטים להתקין תקנות להסדרת הנוהג עפ״י פקודה זו לרבות תקנות הקובעות הוראות בענין התנגדויות ומסירת המסמכים והזמן שבו מותר לעשות או דרוש לעשות מעשה שהפקודה, או התקנות מחייבות את עשייתו.
(2)בעד בקשות וענינים אחרים עפ״י פקודה זו יש לשלם את המסים אשר ייקבעו ע״י הרושם באשורו של שר המשפטים.
