2. כמות מים מוקצית לשנה אחת
תיקון: תשס״ז־3, תשס״ט
(א)כמות המים המוקצית תקבע על פי כללים אלה, אולם רשאי מנהל הרשות הממשלתית, במקרים מיוחדים, לסטות מהוראות כללים אלה ולקבוע אמות מידה מיוחדות לקביעת כמות מים מוקצית בכל מקרה לגופו.
(ב)כמות המים המוקצית לפי כללים אלה יקבע מנהל הרשות הממשלתית אחת לשנה, למשך שנה אחת, מלבד אם נאמר אחרת בכללים אלה או ברשיון הפקה.
(ג)(בוטל).
