3. מכשור רפואי
למרשם יהיה ציוד רפואי בכמות התואמת את היקף הפעילות של המרשם באותה עת, כמפורט להלן:
(1)ציוד הדרוש לשם נטילת דגימות דם מנבדקים באופן בטיחותי וסטרילי;
(2)ציוד הדרוש לשם נטילת דגימות רקמה אחרות כגון רוק או דגימה מרירית הלחי, אם יש בכך צורך, באופן בטיחותי וסטרילי;
(3)מקרר, או אמצעי מתאים אחר לשמירת דגימות שניטלו בקירור עד להגעתן למעבדה ככל שנדרש.
