4. תקופת תוקפו של היתר
תוקפו של היתר שנתן המנהל מתוקף סמכותו לפי סעיף 6 לחוק הוא לשלוש עד חמש שנים, לפי שיקול דעת המנהל, וניתן לחדשו לתקופות נוספות בנות שלוש עד חמש שנים בכל פעם, כאמור בתקנה 6.
