5. הערכה והטבעה של מסמכים, החלטת הממונים
תיקון: תש״ך
(1)הערכת המסמכים והטבעתם בהתאם לפקודה תיעשה במקומות שנקבעו להטבעת בולים בהתאם לתקנה 4.
(2)נדרשה מהממונים הבעת דעתם ביחס לאיזה מסמך מקויים לפי סעיף 13 לפקודה, יוגש אליהם המסמך תוך שלושים יום מיום קיומו לראשונה.
(3)החלטת הממונים תיערך בכתב והודעה עליה תימסר לדורש, ביד או בדואר רשום לפי הוראותיהם.
